Romania filming locations
Romania doubles for Period Europe, Gothic & fantasy, Mediterranean coastline, Cold War / Eastern Bloc, Carpathian wilderness. Romania files a 30% cash rebate on qualifying spend for feature, documentary and animation work; commercials are not eligible under the Romanian scheme.
Hungary filming locations
Hungary doubles for Austro-Hungarian grandeur, Art Nouveau, 1940s Europe, Period capitals (Paris/Berlin/Moscow doubles). Hungary files a cash rebate worth up to 37.5% of Hungarian spend (30% of qualifying spend, which can include up to 25% foreign/ATL cost) on feature, TV, documentary and short-film work; commercials are not eligible under the Hungarian scheme.
Serbia filming locations
Serbia doubles for Brutalist & socialist-modernist, Urban grit, Mountains & gorges, Generic European city. Serbia files a cash rebate of up to 30% on feature and TV spend, and 20% on commercials, the only core jurisdiction whose rebate covers advertising work.

Montenegro filming locations
Montenegro doubles for Adriatic coastline, Venetian old towns, Fjord-like bays, Mountain wilderness, Mediterranean doubles. Montenegro files its own 25% cash rebate on feature, TV and documentary spend; commercials are not eligible, so for a commercial rebate productions shoot in Serbia, where the same team handles them.
Azerbaijan filming locations
Azerbaijan doubles for Caspian seafront, Walled old city, Modern megacity skyline, Semi-desert & Caucasus, Central Asia doubles. Azerbaijan has no standing international cash rebate; we arrange any available local incentive case by case through our partner companies.
