Family Film operates production service offices in Bucharest (Romania), Budapest (Hungary), and Belgrade (Serbia). This policy explains what information we collect through familyfilm.tv, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, country of interest, production format, budget range, and message. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not run third-party analytics scripts on this site.
How we use it
Submitted information is used only to respond to your production inquiry: assessing feasibility, routing your brief to the relevant country office, and following up by email or phone. We do not sell or rent your information to any third party.
Where it is processed
Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider, and forwarded to our team's email inboxes. Netlify acts as a data processor under its own privacy terms, available at netlify.com/privacy.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to your brief and, if a production goes ahead, for the duration of our working relationship plus standard accounting retention periods. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
